Every day the restaurant bakes fresh tortillas using flour imported from Mexico, which is a aslo the restaurant's source for the ten main types of chili and some herbs and vegetables. The rest of the ingredients are mostly from small, local producers in Norway.
With a few exceptions, all the food is gluten free - ask the staff.
