Description

Northern Europe’s highest tourist lodge, at the foot of Galdhøpiggen. Full board, beer and wines. Many rooms have en suite with shower. Juvasshytta is centrally situated for walking in Galdhøpiggen. Daily walks in the season at 10.00 and 11.30 am. Meet up half an hour before. Tickets on sale in Reception. At the top is the Galdhøpigg cabin where you can enjoy your packed lunch. Sale of hot and cold drinks, T-shirts, badges and cards with the Galdhøpigg postmark. If you wish to enjoy the joys of skiing, the Galdhøpiggen Summer Skiing Centre is only a 15 minute walk away.

From Lom on road 55 to Galdesand, 20 kms, from there left hand another 15 kms to Juvasshytta on Galdhøpiggvegen. Toll road, 85 NOK, payable by credit card or cash.
