Description

"Urtehagen" (The herbal Garden) is the outdoor restaurant at Fossheim Hotell, where you can sit down, relax and enjoy the splendid view of Lom and Lomseggen. Around the sitting places you find different, useful plants. A trickling broook creates a pleasant atmosphere on warm summer days. In "Urtehagen" we serve small dishes and salads in the period June-August. In a part of "Urtehagen" we grow many of the herbs we know from old time kitchen gardens, but also more "modern" herbs, popular today. The herbs are used in our kitchen to season and give colours to our dishes.
