It cannot be more special! The salmon is produced right here at Salvøy, by the water's edge, using age-old methods and traditional recipes. Every bite tastes of professional pride. It takes 100 hours to finish the product: filleting, salting, drying, smoking and maturing. The taste tells it all. Sale of salmon products such as smoked salmon, gravad lax, hot-smoked pepper salmon and other salmon products. Situated at Salvøy. Drives to Vedavågen continue over Salvøy Bridge. No guided tours, only factory shop. Open all year
