The Bogafjell area has many tour possibilities, the terrain is relatively easy and most of the paths are marked and signposted. The area varies from coniferous forests to open cultural landscape. There are elk and roe-deer in the region. And in the transition to autumn you can find blueberries and raspberries in this area.

Car parking is concentrated at Foss-Eikeland and at Helgeland.
