Marked trail with several alternative routes in the low mountain area between the farms Aurenes and Tjåland in the uplands of Time.

Map and guidance available at the start of the track, at Aurenes and Tjåland. Turn off the Rv 505 road in the centre of Undheim to the Fv 201 past Knudaheio in the direction of Ålgård. Signposted. Tracks of varying degrees of difficulty. The summit of Ulvarudlå is 412 metres and has fantastic views of Jæren.
