Description

The mountains of Romsdalen and Eikesdalen are some of the best places in the world for base jumnping. Kalskråtinden, Gridsetskolten and "Unionsveggen" (the Union Wall) are popular exit points in Romsdalen. In Eikesdalen we can recommend Strandkolvet (Katthammaren), Aurstupet, Vikesaksa and Goksøyra. In Julsundet, 10 kilometres west of Molde, you can jump from Ravnfloget. Base jumping from Trollveggen is prohibited. All base jumping in the region is done at the jumper's own risk.

We would like to point out that some of the activities mentioned are considered to be so-called extreme activities that entail an extremely high risk of injury for participants. This means that those who take part in such activities must take the necessary steps to ensure their own safety. We do not recommend anyone to take part in such activities if they do not have the necessary experience and skills. As publishers of this website, we accept no liability for any injuries that might arise.
