Description

OFA (Oslomarka's Fishing Administration) is a nonprofit organisation that facilitates and informs about fishing in the lakes, ponds and rivers in Oslomarka - the forests and countryside in and around Oslo.

A fishing card from OFA allows you to fish in all of Oslomarka's around 500 water, ponds and rivers. The cards are in the categories adult, family and senior.
Children and youth under 18 do not need a fishing permit.

The fishing card is available at ofa.no and in many sporting goods stores in the Oslo area.

It is forbidden to fish in the following lakes, as they are sources of drinking water:
In Sørkedalen: Langlivannet, Kringla
In Nordmarka: Skjærsjøen, Skarselva, Dausjøen, Maridalsvannet
In Lillomarka: Gryta, Breisjøen, Kringla, Svartkulp, Alnsjøen
In Østmarka: Nord Elvåga, Sør Elvåga

To fish in the Oslo Fjord, you do not need a permit.
