Description

Tinnsjø Kro is located idyllic in the small village of Mæl, just a few hundred yards from the village Miland and approx. 10 Km east of the city Rjukan.

From here, there are only a few hundred yards down to the harbour, where the two, old Hydro-ferries "Ammonia" and "Storegut" are anchored up.

Tinnsjø Kro and Camping have tried to create a distinctive and comfortable atmosphere at the Inn, with the intention that our guests shall enjoy a palatable meal or quench their thirst in prosperous surroundings.

We also offer reasonable accommodations for those of our guest who want to stay in the area for several days. New summer/winter campingsite. If you would like to try trout-fishing in Lake Tinnsjö, you can rent both rowboats and canoes.
