Rorgevatn and Stavatjønn is located in Øyfjell in the south-east part of Vinje.

Description

Rorgevatn (715 m.a.s.l) in Øyfjell offers trout fishing. The fish are large, and it is not unusual to take fish weighing about one kilogram. The permit allows you to fish with a rod from the bank. Otter board fishing is not permitted.

Stavatjønn (721 m.a.s.l.) is close to the road near Brureberget, about 8 km from Rauland in the direction of Høydalsmo. It is easy to catch fish there.

Rorgevatn is divided into two fishing permit zones Rorgevatn East and Rorgevatn West (see the map). A permit for Rorgevatn East is also valid for the east bank of Stavatjønn.
