The old road to Kautokeino - Masi/Bingis

Contact information

Description

Starting in Masi, you begin the gentle ascent to the summit/mountain plain. You can spend the night at the Bingis mountain lodge, you must contact the teachers’ association well in advance of your departure: Foreningen Bingis, tel. +47 917 64 031. There is an excellent marked trail from Máze to Raggesluoppal which takes you on to Alta and Karasjok. The old postal route from Beaskades to Ladnatjavri is also a very pleasant trail.
