Modern Nordic restaurant where the food is prepared at low temperatures to enhance and retain the flavour and quality of the ingredients.

The chef at Madu uses only the best Nordic ingredients to compose menus influenced by the seasons. The carefully selected 3-course menu is suitable for any occasion, and served with customised wine and beer menus that refine each dish.

Madu also has a cocktail bar that is perfect for after-work.

The restaurant is located in the design hotel First Hotel Grims Grenka.
