Description

The centre of Norway’s northernmost municipality. Havøysund is also one of the largest fishing villages in Norwegian Lapland, with a versatile fishing fleet and fishing industry. The village has a good range of accommodation, restaurants, sites for camper vans, cycle hire and a safe harbour for those travelling by boat. Try our historical trail which takes you past 14 boards providing information on local history. A trail map is available from Tourist Information or from hotels and guesthouses.
