Geilo’s most exciting place to eat is to be found at Dr Holm’s Hotel. Our Brasserie is a French-style restaurant seating up to 85 guests.

We offer an interesting menu containing delicious dishes ranging from seafood to mountain specialties. Combining the finest quality local foods with the French tradition, we present a modern a la carte menu made with love and artful taste.
