Heritage Road - from Holmsbu to Rødtangen.
For groups (max 20 sleeps / guide) with own transport, we offer a
2.5 to 3 hour trip to get with something from each of the walking tours (see below).
The guide meets the group in Holmsbu center. After guiding there, running
participants to the parking area at Holmsbu Art Gallery where we go down to
Støa and up to (not into) Gallery. From there we drive on the graves
where the tour ends at the parking lot. Price per kr.1500. group / guide.

 "" Dig Memories at Rødtangen "Time: Less than 1 hour.
A short trip on the gravel road and forest path in the terrain. We visit sites
   south of Holmsbu, the nearly 6,000-year-old megalith tomb lull
   and mounds, with stunning views of the entrance to the Drammen Fjord.
   Good footwear is essential
   Wheelchairs are not quite up to the lull.
   Mounds are difficult to access for the disabled.
  "In Holmsbumalernes Footprints" Time: Approx. 1.5 hours.
    We go on the road from Holmsbu to the parking lot at the Picture Gallery in Støa.
    Along the way we show the places where famous paintings came to be.
    We go down the path to the mountains and end the trip at Støahusene where
    the artists' colony was established in 1911. Good footwear is recommended.
    The area is easily accessible for the disabled.

  "Holmsbu Before and Now" Time: 1 to 1.5 hours
    A "city tour" where we tell from Holmsbus history;
   "Holmsbu King" fish story, an artist colony and
    bathers. We follow the boardwalk along the harbor to the wharf,
    and if time, on to the Gulf. Good footwear is recommended.

     Parking: On the square: limited. By Holmsbu Church: 10-15 min. walk from the market. In Holmsbu Bakken:
     8-10 minutes. to the square. In Støa: 20 min. to the square. The cultural heritage of Rødtangen: 3 km south of Holmsbu.
     * For reasons of security along the way and quality of participants, we preferably
       small groups, ideally up to 15 people. at. a guide. We do not use the speaker.
       The guides are trained by Norwegian Guide Association in cooperation with Hurum.
