Description

Duration 4 hours.
Start from Kirkenes and driving by buss app. 20 min to our base
“Solvang Gård” in the beautiful nature of Pasvik valley. We go on board and start our boat trip on Pasvik River to experience the nice nature and Russia on the other side of the river. The boat trip takes 1,5 h with several stops on our way. We go ashore on a small island which is half Russian and half Norwegian. This is as close you can get to the Russian border! After the boat trip we will sit down around the fire place and enjoy a local meal + coffee/tea. A very personal tour with much information about history, nature and the way of living in the North. Can be combined with Sightseeing in Pasvik valley.
