Lierhallen was built in 1969 and opened in 1970. Annex with public locker rooms, saunas, fitness room and lounge was opened in 1986.

The facility consists of a swimming pool, sports hall, eight changing rooms, 6 shower rooms with a total of 60 showers, saunas and exercise room.

Lierhallen is situated in rural surroundings in Jensvollveien in Lier, 10 minutes by car from Drammen center.
