Summer farm day at Langedrag The summer farm day starts with a 1.5 km hike to the mountain. We try our luck as herdsmen when the goat herd and some other farm animals are sent to the summer farm "to make them fat." On the mountain summer farm both young and old guests get to try to whittle charcoal sticks, see how white goat cheese is made, roast their own milk cakes and taste Langedrags "einerlåg". Experiencing a summer farm, interacting with the animals and hearing stories about summer farm life is the best way to get a taste of the old summer farm tradition. We return to Langedrag in time for the guided feeding of the wild animals. Treat the family to an exciting and different day on the mountain. Good footwear and warm clothing is recommended.
