Description

Provianten is located on the wharf in Mandal with a view over the river. The menu is distinguished by the use of local produce, exclusive recipes and the in-house range of condiments.

The bakery sells a variety of delicious breads, rolls and pastries, all of which are baked on the premises in a wood-fired oven. Provianten is a popular lunch spot in Mandal. In summer, the riverside courtyard is a delightful place to be and in winter friends gather by the fire and enjoy coffee in cosy surroundings.

The coffee is a story in itself. Provianten imports its own coffee which is roasted and ground in the restaurant. Guests have the opportunity to follow the entire process from raw beans to steaming hot coffee in the cup.

The menu changes throughout the year to reflect the season and the availability of fresh produce.

For those guests that wish for more privacy, the exclusive meeting and function room on the second floor can be recommended. The room has a capacity for 20 – 25 guests.
