Opening hours 2013: from Febuary 3 on Sundays from 12:00-17:00. Lunchbuffet on second floor from 13.00. Open all days during Easter. After Easter: open on Saturdays and Sundays. From May: also open in the middle of the week.

Bjellandstrand Gård is located at Bjelland on the island Tromøy, just outside of Arendal in Sørlandet (Southern Norway). Bjellandstrand Gård is a charming building, and serves freshly baked cakes and other baker's products every day. Every Sunday, the bread is baked in the large baker's oven warmed with wood. Many guests also enjoy the Sunday buffé in the function rooms on the first floor, the delicious tastes of Provence and Tuscany is found there.

In the café, Bjellandstrand serve simple Southern European inspired lunches and dinners like pie, salad and hot soups. Bjellandstrand Gård is a perfect place to end your trip if you go walking along the many walking paths in the Bjelland area. In the summer, you can enjoy your meal outdoors in the orchard while listening to birds singing and the sound of the sea. You can also sit and enjoy the calm in the fabulous rose garden.

Designated area for children outdoors, with a playhouse, sandbox and some animals to look at during the warm season.
