Description

Spekeburet is a small meatproducer run by Sigrid and Tore Nilsen. It was established in 2005 to maximise the farm's resources and create more activity around it. 'Ødegården' is an active farm where we have sheep, chickens and beef cattle. Our products are mainly from our own animals, and the meat is prepared on site. We aim to be as ethical in our farming as possible, and our animals are free range both summer and winter. In our charming shop you will find a varied selection of produce from the farm, as well as products from other local producers. You can also visit some of our animals: chickens, sheep, rabbits and the 'boss' himself, our miniature pig Hårek.
Our products have no artificial additives, and are made according to century-old traditions. Welcome to Spekeburet!
