Description

Take a ride with one of our experienced guides or drive your own team of huskies. Enjoy the Arctic coastal nature with fantastic views of Tromsø, surrounded by snow-covered mountains and long fjords. The dog sledding trip lasts about one hour and is followed by a guided tour through the dog yard and a visit with our puppies. A traditional Sami meal based on reindeer meat is served around an open fire in a Sami tent.

About driving your own: We love training new mushers! Driving your own sled is an option we offer and yet one that we cannot guarantee. The number of people on the tour, as well as the number of requests we have to drive own sled will determine how many spots are available. In addition, for safety reasons, we reserve the right to remove driving own sled as an option given that some conditions may not be suitable for new drivers.

Included: Guiding, warm clothes, warm boots, hot meal, hot drink, cake and transfer (25 min. each way)
Duration: 4 hours
Level of difficulty: Easy/Family
Number of participants: 2-60
