Description

Meisdalen Farm is located in Skrautvål, approx. 15 minute drive from Fagernes.

It's history is unique, dating back to the 1600s. Originally, there were 32 buildings on the farm, but only 7 of them remain today. These buildings all have a unique history, such as Steinfjøset and Gamlehuset. (Read more about Steinfjøset below).

The "Old House" (Gamlehuset) has been restored, but all the traditional elements are intact. The romantic atmosphere and unique cannopy bed makes it the perfect accomodation for newlyweds.

Gamlehuset has a capacity of 6-8 persons and has kitchen facilities, a fireplace and a jacuzzi.
