It is possible to rent a bike at the Tuneheimen hostel. The Tourist Office will be happy to find suitable and interesting bike paths for you. One of them is "Glommastien", a walking and bicycle path, between Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. The whole trail measures 32 kilometers/20miles and runs along both side of the river Glomma.
