ROUTE: Fagernes - Skrautvål - Dalen - Helleset - Fullsennlii - Skartrud - Vangsjøen - Rogne - Skrautvål - Fagernes

This tour is suitable for the more experienced cyclists who enjoy variation. From Fagernes, follow the signs to Skrautvål. Turn right towards Valdres Skisenter and continue in the direction of Dalen. The first 9 km will take you from 365m to 900m.

Once you reach the top you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Jotunheimen National Park. There are several places to stop along the way.

Continue to Fullsennlii, Skartrudstølen and stop for a meal og spend the night at Vangsjøen Mountain Lodge. From there, the road continues downhill towards Rogne. Turn left, and follow road 51 for a few km, past Rogne church, and turn left towards Skrautvål. Stay on the "old" road back to Fagernes. (Not the main road 51).
