The Rafting Centre at Evje offers accommodation in lavvos, a youth hostel, or cabins, in addition to miscellanious activities in the Rafting Centre.

Description

The Rafting Centre offers lavvos, youth hostel and cabins.

Lavvos (tepee tents): These accommodate from 8 to 10 persons sleeping in a ring around a central fireplace. The sleeping platform is raised above floor level and has woolen blankets. Guests should have sleeping bags and sleeping mats. For social events and meals we also have 2 large buildings with a kitchen. These can seat 70-100 persons. The atmosphere in these is cosy with a central fireplace and barbecue area. Toilets, kitchens, room with TV and WiFi and showers (NOK 10 per 6 minutes) are in the service building a short walk away from the campground.

Youth hostel: The youth hostel sleeps up to 70 persons in a variety of cabins. The rooms sleep from 2 – 7 persons. The youth hostel has a large self catering kitchen as well as a comfortable dining area. Upstairs there's a sitting/TV room that has all the facilities required for a conference group of up to 30 persons. Outside there is a large grass area for ball sports, a 12m climbing wall, sand volleyball, gameroom, basketball, access to the river for fishing and swimming, barbecue area on the riverbank.

Full pension
As all accommodation is equipped with modern kitchen facilities many groups opt to self cater. If required the Rafting Centre will provide breakfast, lunch and an evening meal or barbecue. Please take contact with the sales team for prices.
