Description

Håkons Hall Sports Centre offers 2 handball courts, 6 volleyball courts and 8 badminton courts, 2 squash courts, a weight room, 370m running track,  an aerobics hall and 11 changing rooms.

The facilities also include a golf centre with 2 golf simulators. Our fitness centre offers everything needed for weight training. Equipment for most muscle groups is available. We can also offer our customers training advice free of charge.

Squash: We are pleased to be able to offer you 2 modern squash courts, and all the necessary equipment is available for hire. Squash is an extremely intense form of training.

Golf centre: Håkons Hall has its own indoor golf centre with 2 Innesvingen golf simulators. Up to 8 persons can play on the same simulator, but we recommend that only 4 people play together at a time. Estimated time on a simulator is 1 hour per person for 18 holes, but you will probably need some time getting used to the system as you start. Golf club membership is not required in order to play a round on the golf simulator. Golf clubs available for hire.
