Beautifully situated at 720 metres above sea level, amid lakes, streams and mountains, the Ørnefjell ("Eagle Mountain") Golf Course has 9 holes with a par score of 68 and a length of 4564 metres. The longest par 5 hole is 445 metres. The golf course offers a lot of challenges, including water hazards. Artificial grass on all the greens.

The Hovden Golf Club owns and maintains the course. The club house is open during the peak season and offers light refreshments, and you may also buy golf balls and other equipment here. Self-service the remainder of the year; including greenfee and golf balls for the driving range. The Hovden Golf Club offers tailored theory courses and training sessions for groups/companies.

Use of the course: The Ørnefjell Golf Course has an automatic golf ball tee system, but advance bookings can be made via
the e-mail address astrid@hovdengolf.com.
