Galleri Villvin

Gallery Villvin has sales and exhibition venues for Norwegian and Nordic handicrafts which is open all year round in Risør. It conveys works created by more than one hundred artisans within the groups for ceramics, textiles, glass, metal and wood. Søgne Old Church

Norway's oldest half-timber church. Built in 1640. Decorated in Baroque and Renaissance style paintings. Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson married Karoline here in 1858.



Furulunden is a large nature park with exellent sandy beaches, rocky outcrops and pine forests.

Bike trip on Hisøy

The Hisøy bike route is a nice route that takes the tour from the center of Arendal and out to the ferry at Kolbjørnsvik. The route has possibilites for deviances from the main route and directions from Kolbjørnsvik and back to Arendal.
