The Storhaugen Farm is situated high and free at 2300 feet above sea level, enjoying fine views towards Bøverdalen and Jotunheimen. Storhaugen is a living farm, producing goats’ milk. Sheep and goats graze the surrounding moorland. In the farmyard there are ducks, geese, dogs and cats.
Nordigard Blessom Farm Hotel is on the sunny side of the valley, near the centre of Vågå municipailty. This old family farm is one of the oldest farms in Vågå. The farm is known from “Jutulen and Blessomen”, an old local folktale published by Asbjørnsen og Moe.
