Tveiten Fishermen’s Association offers trout fishing in Tveitevatn (525 m a.s.l.), which extends from Grungevatn to Edland. This nutrient-rich lake contains several strains of trout, making it attractive for both ice fishing and fishing in summer.

There are around 70 lakes and tarns here, all within one fishing permit zone, located in high mountain terrain in an area of more than 33,000 acres and at an altitude varying between 800-1600m. There is both char and trout in Vinjevatn and Våmarvatn lakes, but only trout in the others. The record for fish caught on a rod in Våmarvatn lake is a staggering 9.5kg!
