After a boat transfer the tour starts and leads you into a isolated and deserted glacier landscape, surrounded by steep mountains.
No visit to the Lyngen area would be complete without experiencing at least one of the many glaciers up close and personal. Here you can see how the glacier has formed the valley and you can see how the forces of nature affect the landscape.
Along the route there are information signs that give you information about the flora and fauna found in the area. You can also see how the glacier has retreated in the past years, when walking up the valley.
