Hike to the summit of Røseknuten

Visit the wonderful mountains where a troll (according to legend) lived! If you look closely you will find the footprints left by him on the road! The children who used to tend the cattle here were told to be careful, especially in the dark or during thunderstorms. There is a place in the mountain that is said to be troll country and traces can be found, if you look closely. There is a troll's footprint named "Røsefoten". Infact, legend has it that the troll grew too tall and had to sit, which left a large imprint in the mountain. More markings are to be found in the valley, Tveit Hunnedalen. One in particular is said to be his large rope bag which has left an imprint on the mountainside.
