In our restaurant we hold private parties with pre-ordered menu throughout the year.
In our menu you will find organic local cuisine, in short, pure food. That means we do not use pesticides or fertilizers (mineral fertilizer). In summer and autumn we gather berries that are put on the menu. We also offer meat of deer, wild game from the district and selected fish.
Developing and producing our own proper food has always been a mainstay of our activities over the years. Home-made home fare, cakes and bread are prepared in our own production kitchen.
Bardus bistro is a Norwegian reflection of the traditional bistro concept and our menu is based on the ingredients and culinary history of the north…with a twist.
