The route starts at the cable car mount at Sagi. The cable car was used to transport goods up to the plateau above the waterfall. From here the path goes along the old routes towards the mountain farms at Tennfossen. The cable car mount at the plateau is a good place for a stop for a rest and enjoy the view over the fjord. At Tennfossen there were three farms, the last was abandoned in 1970.
