The typical North Norwegian rural community of Buvika is located right by the sea and is the starting point for a 2.5 km hike. The trail leads us past cultural relics from the Iron Age and continues through the forest beside an idyllic river until we reach a wilderness area, an open mountain landscape at Lake Storvannet 162 m above sea level.
