The typical North Norwegian rural community of Buvika is the starting point for an easy 3 km walk along the beach. On this guided walk you will experience the cultural historic past from ancient settlement and beautiful isolated beaches with wonderful views of Senja and a teeming bird life.
The typical North Norwegian rural community of Buvika is located right by the sea and is the starting point for a 2.5 km hike. The trail leads us past cultural relics from the Iron Age and continues through the forest beside an idyllic river until we reach a wilderness area, an open mountain landscape at Lake Storvannet 162 m above sea level.
When the sun never sets, use the evening and night for mountain hikes.
We head to the places with the best snow conditions on the island of Kvaløya.
