The Kassen canal in Høvåg is a beautiful canal providing a new gateway to a pleasant little trip just beside Blindleia.
Vestre Moland church is a stone church from approx. 1200. Alterpiece from 1630 with paintings by Gotfried Hendtzschel. The church was extended into a cruciform church in 1797. Restored in 1966.

Brekkestø was originally a temporary anchorage, also for sailing ships laid up for the winter. The story goes that in winter the ships lay so close to each other that you could cross the sound without getting your feet wet.
