The skating rink in Arendal is open from November to March, and the rink is perfect for speed skating, bandy, ice hockey and playing on the ice.

The Hove-Spornes area is part of a protected moraine that lies along the southern coast, and is adapted for walks with resting places along the shore.
Take a short hike along southern wooden houses and narrow paths, walk on sandy beaches and the pebbled beach, and see the view towards the lighthouses.
