Near Arendal town, skating ramps are available on some of the local schools at Myra, Moltemyr, Roligheden and Hisøy.
2,2 km long and well lit trail at Kjenna on the isle of Tromøy. Drive in the direction of Skilsø on Tromøy and then follow the sign to Kjenna.
The well lit trail at Rykene is 2,5 km long. It starts at the sports stadion in Rykene and is looked after by the local sports club Rygene IL.
Tromøy is the largest island in southern Norway, and offers wonderful cycling possibilities just a short ferry ride from the centre of Arendal.
The skating rink in Arendal is open from November to March, and the rink is perfect for speed skating, bandy, ice hockey and playing on the ice.
