From January 2014 Norway lovers will be able to enjoy the Vesterålen, where I run a restaurant and some cottages at a place called Damperiet. It's situated along the Straumfjorden. Together with the Lofoten and Senja, this archipelago is one of the most beautiful parts of Norway. That's my humble opinion of course. But I am very eager to share my passion with you!
Mountains, fjords, (killer)whales, Midnight Sun, Northern Light. You are surrounded by it all at Damperiet in summer and winter. You can go hiking, fishing, canoeing or just sit and relax while enjoying this little piece of heaven.

BØ I VESTERÅLEN
This arctic secret was once a busy little island with fishermen, shopkeepers and lighthouse keepers. Today the lighthouse owner is the only remaining inhabitant, and she welcomes guests all year long.
The Arctic Light! So much more than the midnight sun and northern lights.. You can enjoy the midnight sun from the quayside at Fjordcamp from late May to mid-July, weather permitting. Photo motives stand in line, both from land and sea!
