The Norwegian elk are beautiful wild animals. They live in the forest alone or in small groups. They are shy animals and therefore quite elusive. This is our 5th year of running safaris and we now have a good knowledge of where and when to find our local elk.

The horizontal potholes at Brufjell were created during the Ice Age some 20.000 years ago when the sea level was higher. The potholes lie horizontally 20 meters above sea level and are of various sizes and some are so big that people can climb inside them.
