Løiten Brænderi is located in Løten and the old brewery houses Løiten candle factory; the largest producer of handmade candles in Norway,  handicrafts, souvenirs, restaurants etc. Berit Jeanette Design is a shop for clothes designed by the owner, inspired by the middle ages. "Gamle Løiten" from Løiten Brænderi, was a highly prized akvavit produced in Løten. Today visitors are treated to a dramatised re-creation of the distillation process. Visitors can also buy the local speciality - Akevitt jelly - a tasty reminder of their stay in Løten.
