At Høvringen, the family-run hotel Brekkeseter sets a honour in serving food from the local surroundings. All summer fresh fish is landed in the kitchen almost every day. Reindeer, moose and Rondane Highland Cattle is on the menu throughout the year. Local hunters, among them the host at Brekkeseter, bring in theese superb qualities. When the food is served with the specially designed Høvringen Chianti Classico from Fattoria Cinciano in Tuscany, Italy and views towards the mountains makes the world seem a whole lot better.
