The best ski hotel in Norway 2009

For the sixth year in a row this year, World Travel Awards has elected Radisson BLU Resort Beitostølen as the best ski hotel in Norway.

Surrounded by spectacular scenery, the Radisson BLU Resort Beitostølen lies 900 metres above sea level in the cosy mountain village of Beitostølen . The hotel is situated at the beginning of Norway’s most popular national park Jotunheimen.

The area is especially good for cross-country skiing, with endless trails in magnificent nature. There are alpine possibilities suited for children and beginners on one side of the valley, and for more advanced skiers on the other side.

At the hotel, which is centrally located near shops and restaurants, you will find a fitness centre, spa, swimming pool, sauna, solarium, restaurant, indoor tennis and squash.
