Where to stay in the Stavanger region

Accommodation options are many in the Stavanger Region. Choose between hotels, bed & breakfasts, holiday cottages, camp sites and even lighthouses.

Hotels

The Stavanger Region offers a range of hotels. You can choose to stay in one of the many hotels situated in the heart of Stavanger or Sandnes, very close to all amenities.

Alternatively, there are superb hotels to choose from in Jæren in the town of Bryne, or Ålgård and Byrkjedal in Gjesdal.

High standard hotels are also available both on Sola Beach and Viste. If you prefer the fjord landscape, accommodation is offered at Finnøy, Mosterøy, Rennesøy, Tau and Åmøy.

Other accommodation

The Stavanger Region can offer a range of reasonably priced accommodation such as bed & breakfast, holiday cottage and camping.

You can also try something unique and stay in a lighthouse along the Jæren coast for example. Obrestad Lighthouse, which was built in 1873, and Feistein Lighthouse offer such accommodation.
