Alpine skiing at Hovden

Hovden is centrally located in the middle of Southern Norway, and is usually reliable when it comes to good snow conditions.

The ski centre has a service building, with café, bistro, ski school, ski hire and after ski all under the same roof.

Snowboarders can play in the 4,100 feet long Bukkerittet Terrain Park. The park has a big jump, two quarter pipes, two funboxes, ten boxes and rails. There are also great opportunities for free boarding, some through the forest.

Try snowshoeing and take a walk in the mountains.

The outdoor skating rink is open every day. If you do not have your own skates, you can hire them at Hovden Water Park.

After a long skiing trip with the children, you can all thaw out at Hovden Water Park. The water is a constant 86 degrees Fahrenheit both indoors and out; try the water chute, the obstacle river with current and waterfall, several jacuzzis, sauna and solarium.
