Where to stay in Setesdal

Camp by the Byglandsfjord or spend the night in an old-fashioned wooden tourist cabin - the choice is yours in Setesdal.

Here are a few places worth trying during your stay in the region:

Odden Vertshus, Evje

The restaurant Odden Vertshus, situated next to Odden Camping and the adjoining garden, offers everything from light lunches to complete dinner menus. Join other guests after your meal for a walk in the picturesque garden.

Sølvgarden Hotel, Rysstad

The brand new Sølvgarden Hotell og Feriesenter serves tasty food, including a choice of regional specialities.

Bergtun Hotel, Valle

Bergtun is situated in the centre of Valle. This old wooden building was totally restored in 2010, and serves healthy, home-made food, using organic and local produce whenever possible. The selection of fruit and vegetables may vary depending on the season, but the home-made ice cream is a favourite year round.

Bykle Hotel, Bykle

Bykle Hotel is situated 100 metres from rv. 9 and has a pleasant restaurant and cafeteria. The restaurant normally seats 36 guests, but this can be increased to 50 if required. In addition to the à la carte menu, the restaurant offers traditional Norwegian food.
