10 week beginner course Taijiquan
A 10-week beginner's course in the Chinese form of exercise Taijiquan. A form of exercise that strengthens both body and mind, improves balance, and is a good tool for getting to know yourself and relaxing in a hectic everyday life. The form we teach is Cheng Man Ching's 37 positions, Yang style, short form. Trondheim Taiji Center is run by Frode Strand Karlsen and Tina Maria Lambert, both experienced, certified instructors. Trained by Pamela Hiley at the Norwegian Taiji Center in Oslo.
