10 weeks Morning Taijiquan (Tai Chi)

A 10-week beginner course in the Chinese form of exercise Taijiquan (Tai Chi) for those of you who have the opportunity during the day. During the course you will learn good Taijiquan warm-up exercises, and the first part of 37 positions Yang style short form as developed by Professor Cheng Man Ching.
Taijiquan is a form of exercise that most people can get something out of, whether it is stress management in a hectic everyday life, or other mental and physical challenges. A gentle form of exercise that everyone can do. Taiji is also performed to prevent, and stay in good shape throughout life.

A warm welcome to a course with the opportunity to get to know yourself better, your inner strength and silence. After completing the course, there is the opportunity to continue.
Trondheim Taiji Center is run by Frode Strand Karlsen and Tina Maria Lambert, both certified instructors from the Norwegian Taiji Center at Pamela Hiley in Oslo.
