A soft start to the day with Qigong, at Trondheim Taiji Center.
Welcome!

Get in touch with your breath, and lower your shoulders. Qigong means energy work, and is an ancient Chinese form of exercise, where one cultivates the flow of life energy/Qi in the body. There are many different forms of Qigong, and what they all have in common is that through movement, breathing and a calm mind, a feeling of calm and well-being is brought to the body, both physically and mentally.

At Trondheim Taiji Center we teach Ba duan jin, 8 brocades Qigong. Where 8 exercises are sewn together into a series of movements. Each movement represents a specific part of the body and through the training you will be able to strengthen the body as a whole.

Tea for those who wish it after the training.

This course is suitable for both beginners and for those who have practiced Qigong or Taiji before.
